ProVerne CARGO gives the user access to the core of the system, the flexible rating engine. Rate Management allows authorized users to upload/enter published rates, enter blocked Space Agreements (Soft and Hard), contract rates, bilateral pro-rating agreements. An optional link is provided with IATA TACT.
